The retreat experience begins well before you arrive in Peru, with a month of preparation to ensure you’re fully ready for the journey, and extends long after you return home with dedicated integration support.

  • 1-Month Prior: A 4-hour online group preparation program with breathwork and coaching to mentally and emotionally prepare for the retreat

  • 1:1 Mentoring: Personalized, private coaching session with Neelam and Adam to support you on your journey

  • 3-Month Integration Program: Fortnightly group breathwork and coaching sessions for three months after the retreat to continue the healing process and ensure a smooth return to daily life
