Spiritual Mentor | Intuitive Breathwork Practitioner | Holistic Psychotherapist | Medicine Woman
Neelam is an embodied spiritual mentor, holistic psychotherapist and medicine woman, devoted to guiding women & men through deep healing, integration and self-leadership. With over 27 years of experience in trauma-informed healing, her work is grounded in nervous system regulation, somatic embodiment and intuitive spiritual guidance that honours the body as the gateway to truth.
Neelam weaves holistic psychotherapy, breathwork, embodiment practices and ancient feminine wisdom to support clients and students in releasing long-held patterns and returning to inner authority and sovereignty. Her approach is, ethical and deeply contained, creating spaces where transformation unfolds through safety, presence and trust rather than force.
Neelam is the founder of Awakening Breathwork Academy and has facilitated international retreats across Singapore, Bali, Central & South America and Australia since 2001.
